It has been estimated that as many as 40% of the US adult population suffer from some form of sleep disorder. A free consultation to determine if you are a candidate for oral appliance therapy.

If it is determined that you are a good candidate for a dental sleep appliance, impressions of your upper and lower teeth will be taken along with a bite registration. This will be used to fabricate your custom oral appliance.

The process can take several weeks to complete. This includes an examination, selection of oral appliance, and fitting to maximize the adaption and function of the appliance.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. 

  
Insurance

We bill to your medical insurance provider. We also accept Medicare. Please contact our office for insurance details. We look forward to hearing from you.
